The account management portal enables you to see how many support calls have been logged on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis. The account portal is driven directly from our helpdesk database allowing you to see detailed usage statistics for your support.
- As a CJ Systems customer you can directly create a new helpdesk ticket, manage and view existing tickets as well as view detailed usage statistics.

- Our honesty and transparency extends to the data that we hold about you. We share with you all the files in your account for you to access whenever you like.
